I picked up the item and found the service to be excellent. I unpacked the item and found it had been packed very well with no damage or scratches. Bolting it to the concrete was also easy, the bolts supplied were of good quality (in some cases the bolts etc on other products I have purchased have been poor quality). I did however have one problem the door fell off, after removing the internal cover I found that the bottom door pivot had somehow unscrewed itself ( possibly from vibration form trip home). I adjusted it back to where it should be and tried to tighten the grub screw that is there to stop it from unscrewing, however it would not budge nor would it tighten . So at this stage it is not tightened and we will see if it unscrews itself. Having said that I am not concerned at all, in the scheme of things it is a very minor problem. In closing I will purchase from you in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending this product Regards A.Stocks

The safe is well constucted,with a good finish, good workmanship and has a very secure locking mechanism. It represents good value and meets state gun law storage standards.

Gun Safe

The gun safe met all the gun law regulations. My comments relate to 1 -the paint had bubbled and was peeling off in one section; and 2. the door to the ammunition section could not be opened fully as the hinge of the outer door was in the way.
